Prerequisites

Metapolish was written so it can be executed on all operating systems. This page gives detailed instructions on how to set up the required software to run the tool on Linux, Windows or MacOS operating systems.

1. Install the latest version of R

A full installation guide for R can be found on the CRAN website.

Quick download links (Version 4.0.2):

• R for Windows

• R for Mac OS High Sierra and higher

• R for Linux

2. Install the latest version of RStudio

More information can be found on the RStudio website.

3. Install the latest version of XQuartz (for MacOS users only)

Mac users will need to have xQuartz isntalled in order for Metapolish to operate normally. More information on insatlling XQuartz can be found here.

• XQuartz for OS X 10.6.3 or later
